Welcome to Pastry in Paris! I am so glad you are here. A vivid memory : I feel I came alive when I went to Paris for the first time. Then… I had a pastry in Paris. I felt like I was in a dream. Upon my return home from that first visit to Paris I enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. I was on the fast track to becoming a pastry chef. That was 8 years ago and I have never gotten over my love for Paris, all things french and pastries. That alone is what inspired me to create this site. This blog is a space where I can share recipes and talk about all aspects that embody the french lifestyle. I have fallen in love with french culture and it inspires me everyday. Whether it’s savoring a croissant with coffee on my terrace for breakfast, having conversation with friends over a bottle of champagne or simply just slowing down in a fast paced world. It all has been learned by immersing myself in the essence of french culture. I have decided to embark on an adventure of a lifetime and MOVE to Paris! I have been accepted to a Sommelier Program (study of wine) which will afford me the opportunity to live and study in Paris for a year all while sipping wine 🙂 I would love for you to follow me on this journey.
