Bonjour Mon Amie,

A little about me:

After graduating college with a Business Degree, I went to France and fell in love with food. I quickly moved to San Francisco and attended Le Cordon Bleu where I received an Associated Degree in Culinary Arts. I spent two years under acclaimed chef Nancy Oakes owner of the famous San Francisco restaurant Boulevard as one of 7 pastry chefs. I have managed and consulted for fine dining restaurants for several years. I am currently an innovation chef testing recipes for national grocery chains at a company based out of Los Angeles.

I love being in the kitchen and hopefully you will enjoy my recipes!
